Earth Day, April 22nd, 2022...





This is the day to remind ourselves that we love and take care of our Mother Earth every single day!



Let's make this Earth Day new, bright, exciting and full of love and care for our Earth! She is our only one! .





Join us for clean up at Rawai Beach, Phuket, Friday, April 22nd, 10 - 12 in the morning. ...and keep checking in because we will post location for Friday 'Helping Hands'. Our Earth deserves good care everyday!

Fundraising for Food



We are simply going to raise money to buy food for people that don't have enough and are hungry. We will post our activities here. Welcome to join!





November 8th, 2021: We have a donation box available at all times for friends to share when they feel they want to. All proceeds go to somewhere that needs them more than we do.. Thank you! .

Helping Hands Fridays



This is a group outing where we find situations in the community where we can lend a hand. S.O.U.L. student group has the option to attend. Activity and place will be posted weekly. We go out to make our environment better and people happier. Welcome to join by either contacting us or just showing up!






We are reorganising and reenergising and will be back before you can say 'Helping Hands'! (beginning of September at the latest) Please stay tuned!!!


Outing Eleven: Friday, July 16th, 10 - 12 p.m.

Animal Care at Balanced Naturally

Cleaning cages, feeding, brushing, feeding the animals involved in the program.


Outing Ten: Friday, July 9th, 10 - 12 p.m.

Balanced Naturally Garden

Weeding, planting and transplanting soil and plants.


Outing Nine: Friday, July 2nd, 10 - 12 p.m.

Balanced Naturally Refill Shop

Recycling bottles, making signs, pricing products

Pricing products and sharing samples with the community; advertising and decorating.


Outing Six: Friday, June 11th, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Balanced Naturally Refill Shop

Set up pricing and signage; cleaning and prepping refill bottles.


Outing Five: Friday, June 4th, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Rawai Animal Lovers

Clean litter boxes, dress wounds, feed animals and socialise kittens. Stay clean and safe at all times.

This will be wonderful...and fun!


Outing Four: Friday, May 28th, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Balanced Naturally Refill Shop

Gather together to clean and price and organise for advertisement and community use.

Work on project to Save the Bees.


Outing Three: Friday, May 21st, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Yanui Beach.

​Gather together this Friday morning to help with the new season onslaught of garbage coming in due to the change of tides. There will always be an opportunity to clean the beach due to the massive amounts in the ocean. Let's not let it go back out there!


Outing Two: Friday May 14th, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Naiharn Lake Park.

Come on over again and lend a hand! Again, the island looks fantastic! We are going in to pick up all the tiny little plastics and cigarette butts and whatever else we can find. Let's get together and make a difference!


Outing One : Friday, May 7th, 9:30 - 11 a.m.

Rawai Beach Phuket, behind the OrBorTor on the far west end.

Come on over and lend a hand. Rawai Beach looks really great! This little end spot seems to have been forgotten. Bring bags and gloves for safety purposes!
